2. Information we collect

• Forms: the information you write in the quote and contact forms. Which data is processed and why is explained in the KVKK Information Notice.
• Communication channels: the information you provide (name, number, message content) when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. This information is used to respond to your request.
• Server logs: when you view the site, the hosting provider's servers keep technical records of your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and the time. These records are used to keep the site secure and running smoothly.

3. Cookies

We run non-essential cookies (statistics and advertising measurement: Google and Meta) only with the consent you give in the preferences panel. For details, see the Cookie Policy.

4. Third-party services

• Fonts: the fonts on the site are served from our own server; no requests are sent to third parties for fonts.
• WhatsApp and Instagram: the site contains links to our WhatsApp and Instagram accounts. When you click these links, the privacy policy of the relevant service applies.
• External sites: BVT is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites linked from our site.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel: these run only if you allow them in your cookie preferences. When you allow them, measurement data about your page usage and ad interactions, your IP address and your browser information are sent to Google LLC and Meta Platforms; this transfer may be made abroad (including to the USA). To whom and under what conditions personal data may be transferred, including transfers abroad, is explained in the KVKK Information Notice.

6. Security

BVT takes the necessary technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of the KVKK to prevent the unlawful processing of and access to personal data and to ensure its safekeeping.
